Just made these cookies tonight and they did not disappoint! Not only are they only 65 calories, but they have chocolate in them, so it is an automatic win in my imaginary book.
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup of quick oats
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips ( I used peanut butter chips in addition to the chocolate chips)
- Combine ingredients. Scoop batter onto cookie sheet line with parchment paper ( I used an ice cream scooper)
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes
- This makes 12 cookies, but I ate 2 before taking this picture, sorry not sorry!
