These are a great treat to make just in time for fall!
- 1-2 apples (I used Gala)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- Using a mandolin or sharp knife (I used a sharp knife), carefully cut apples into very thin slices. Discard any seeds. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Do not overlap the apple slices.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl then sprinkle mixture over apples.
- Bake for 1 hour. Use tongs to gently lift slices off parchment paper and put on baking sheet. Bake for 1-2 hours or until all moisture is gone.
