This recipe was given to me by my sister Deana. She made this one night at school and it is super healthy and delicious.
- She bought frozen Tilapia and baked it with olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- In a separate skillet, she sauteed garlic, olive oil and cherry tomatoes. She then added in asparagus, spinach, lemon and deglazed the skillet with white wine.
- Lastly, she added in her cooked spaghetti squash to complete the dish!
