Did You Know?


Coming from a girl who never wanted to use weights at the gym because she was afraid of getting “too big” or “too manly”, I can tell you that is not the case. I have always used cardio in my workout routine because I always thought that would be the fastest way to lose weight. I recently started alternating days of using weights and using cardio and have seen greater results! My body is more toned and slimmer than it used to be!
