I am a coffee fanatic. I used to drink up to 4 cups of coffee per day and get headaches when I went without it. I noticed that when I started my mornings off with coffee, I tended to eat unhealthy throughout the day. When I have a hot cup of coffee, my body wants some comfort food ( like a bagel, pancakes or a breakfast sandwich) to go with it. When I have tea, I want something light and healthy (like a greek yogurt or fruit). I read this list below and started choosing tea and lemon over coffee in the morning and choosing coffee in the mid afternoon.
